What to expect:

After purchasing you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to book your private contrast therapy sessions.

Please arrive a few minutes early to your session to allow time to pick up your robe and towel from TenSkin Rx. You will be guided to the Contrast Therapy suite located inside Yoga Public by an attendant where you can begin your hot + cold therapy circuit.

There is a filtered water dispenser station and chilled essential oil cloths inside the suite for your refreshment. Don’t forget your bathing suit and water bottle!
