Cancellation Policy
We request the courtesy of 24 hours' notice in the event of an appointment cancellation.
A 50% cancellation fee is applied to last-minute cancellations and a 100% missed-appointment fee is applied to no-shows. We require a credit card to guarantee the booking.
In the event of an emergency the cancellation fee will be waived.

If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us. We do not refund services, but it's important to us that you are 100% satisfied.
Products:
Due to our products being dispensed we cannot accept returns. However, if you're unsure about a product, we'd be glad to make a sample of it for you to try at home, so you can be sure your new product works for you after you buy it.
Gift Cards:
Our gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Non-refundable.
Shipping & Handling
Canada Post:
Standard: 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $15
Express: 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $20
Order Processing Times:
Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm CT will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day.
Express Shipping — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 1pm CT will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
*All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Results deserve rewards. Collect 5 stamps on full-price Focused Facials within 5 months of your first stamp, and your next Focused Facial is on us.
How It Works
Earn a stamp. You receive one stamp for each paid, full-price Focused Facial.
Collect 5 stamps. All 5 stamps must be earned within 5 months of the date of your first stamp.
Claim your reward. Once your card is complete, you’ll receive one complimentary standard Focused Facial. It must be redeemed within 30 days.
Earning Stamps
Stamps are earned on paid, full-price Focused Facials only.
Intro facials, discounted services, promotional offers, complimentary services and package services do not earn stamps.
Only one stamp can be earned per visit.
Stamps expire 5 months from the date of your first stamp. Any stamps not completed within that time will be reset.
Redeeming Your Reward
Your reward is valid for one standard Focused Facial. Add-ons, such as our LED Boost, can be added at their regular price.
Please let us know you’re redeeming your loyalty reward when you book your appointment.
Your reward must be redeemed within 30 days of earning it. Unredeemed rewards expire after 30 days.
Gratuity is not included.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Our regular cancellation and no-show policy applies to reward appointments. A no-show on a reward appointment forfeits the reward.
The Fine Print
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
Rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
One loyalty card per client. Stamps cannot be shared, combined or transferred between clients.
Any misuse, tampering or fraud will void the loyalty card and any stamps or rewards on it.
TenSkin Rx reserves the right to modify or end the loyalty program at any time. Rewards already earned before any change will be honoured.
